This film was made as part of a workshop on Clay Animation conducted by Monsoon Grey for Bookworm Goa. The workshop was held at Bookworm in Panjim, Goa between April 9 and 13, 2012 and had ten children as participants – aged between 8 and 18 (or thereabouts, most were closer to 10!).
The resource persons for the workshop were Salil Konkar and Milan Khanolkar.
The story, script (including the beheading scene!), clay modelling, backdrops and most of the movements of the clay pieces were all done by the children. The actual photography was done by Salil on a Nikon D80 (except for the starting scene before the title, which was shot on a Canon A630).
