We had a break for the monsoon but with the rain gods now resting, the book angels are back! Betty Carvalho and Edy Rodrigues lead the Cacra team with a little help from MOP friends.

Around 20 of the pre monsoon group are already back and there is a joyfulness. There is a discerning eye on book selection, a careful choice of what to borrow and why and a beautiful sense of participation comes from this community.

Milan Khanolkar a Bookworm sister has enabled MOP to become a feature at Cacra enabling children’s literature, story time, art, games and song around books to become a part of the children’s experience and enrich the teaching learning experience of the MOP team.

This time at Cacra we also had visiting children from CFL Bangalore who participated in the session and enjoyed the beach.

We are glad to be back at Cacra and we look forward to stories and more on this little patch of heaven.
